DNA analysis
LGC has a considerable skill base in DNA and genetic
analysis applications. Specific services are operated across our
five operating divisions - they are centrally researched, developed
or co-ordinated by LGC’s Innovation & Support team. LGC’s DNA
expertise includes sequencing,
genotyping, pharmacogenetic testing, human
identification and relationship
testing and rapid diagnostic probe technologies. We
develop and sell ranges of DNA reference standards. LGC is at the
forefront of understanding new approaches to rapid DNA analysis and
trace level detection.
