TRQS10 - Quality systems in testing laboratories

This course provides an introduction to quality systems
appropriate for use in a testing laboratory. The main standards in
use, GLP, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 will be described and their
selection and implementation discussed. Their similarities and
differences will be highlighted.

appropriate for Quality Managers, or those about to take on this
role, in laboratories that carry out measurements in the chemical,
biochemical or biotechnology sectors. In addition the material will
be of benefit to users of results from these laboratories who will
gain an insight into the factors that help achieve reliable
measurement results.
