LGC has highly qualified personnel with
substantial experience of analytical quality assurance.
Ensuring the quality of analytical data is of
paramount importance to anyone making chemical and biological
measurements and to those making decisions based on the results
from such measurements.
There are increasing burdens on companies to
meet regulatory, trade and quality requirements and this has
resulted in greater emphasis on method validation, measurement
uncertainty and establishing the traceability of results.
Many of LGC’s staff have expertise in areas
such as evaluating measurement uncertainty, method validation and
traceability.
This knowledge has been used to develop a
range of training courses and training resources which will assist
laboratories in ensuring and demonstrating the reliability of their
results.
