Safety
LGC is committed to
safeguarding the health and safety of its staff, a commitment
recognised by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents
(RoSPA) which awarded LGC its Order of
Distinction.
LGC complies with the requirements of the Health and Safety at
Work etc, Act 1974, and all other relevant statutes by
providing:
- A safe place of work with proper access and egress
- Well maintained equipment and systems of work
- Suitable arrangements for use, handling, storage and transport
of materials
- Provision of information, instruction, training and
supervision
- Effective monitoring and review of safety standards.
