Michael O´Donnell, LGV, has joined the Board of LGC Group
Holdings plc as a non-executive director
Michael O´Donnell is a Managing Director at Legal and General
Ventures (LGV). He joined LGV in 1998. He previously worked for
BZW´s Mergers & Acquisitions division and subsequently, Morgan
Grenfell, working in mergers & acquisitions and equity capital
markets.
LGV became LGC´s private equity investor in 2004.
