Joanne Parfrey of Legal & General Ventures, who joined the
LGC Group Holdings plc Board in April 2004, stepped down as a
non-executive director at the end of March this year.
Tim James, Associate Director of Legal & General Ventures,
joined the LGC Board at the end of March.
Having graduated from Oxford University with a degree in
Geography, Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in
London in 2003. He then moved to KPMG Corporate Finance, where he
worked on a range of transactions with a focus on the media sector.
Tim joined Legal & General Ventures in July 2005.
