LGC's external programme management teams provide full outsourced facilities with the capacity and experience to deliver quality assured programme management.

We commission research, from start-up to final outputs, incorporating:

  • Programme design
  • Programme secretariat, website, extranet and helpline
  • Calls for proposals and online application systems
  • Panels, committees, peer and lay review
  • Contracts, ongoing technical and financial monitoring of funded projects

 

 

 

  • Organising and managing UK-wide networking, briefing, consultation and dissemination events on behalf of a wide spectrum of stakeholders from academics and government officials through to lay groups and special interest forums.
