LGC's external programme management teams provide full
outsourced facilities with the capacity and experience to deliver
quality assured programme management.
We commission research, from start-up to final outputs,
incorporating:
- Programme design
- Programme secretariat, website, extranet and
helpline
- Calls for proposals and online application
systems
- Panels, committees, peer and lay review
- Contracts, ongoing technical and financial monitoring of funded
projects
- Organising and managing UK-wide networking, briefing,
consultation and dissemination events on behalf of a wide spectrum
of stakeholders from academics and government officials through to
lay groups and special interest forums.
