Programme management
Overview
Outsourced programme management, particularly in health, science
and technology R&D, is the principal activity of LGC’s
External Programme Management Group (EPMG) with its 12-year track
record in UK government service delivery of public sector research programmes.
A second programme management team is dedicated to LGC's
contract with the Department of Health to operate the Central
Commissioning Facility for the National Institute for Health
Research (NIHR) and the Policy Research Programme (PRP).
The scale of public funding we support now
runs to hundreds of millions of pounds per year.
