Sequencing
LGC Genomics' business uses ABI 3730 XL and
3130XL for traditional Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis as well
as the Roche GS FLX Titanium and Illumina HiSeq 2000 for
next generation sequencing.
High-throughput sequencing is processed using
the latest automated sample robotic system.
Furthermore, a broad range of bioinformatics
tools for data processing, assembly and analysis are applied.
