sbeadex® kits
LGC Genomics has extended its portfolio of kits for manual and
fully automated extraction of DNA.
The chemical background of the sbeadex® kits,
developed by LGC Genomics, offers particular advantages for
customers compared with existing methods:
- Better yield and quality of DNA –
Consistent A 260/280 ratio and improved
A260/230 ratio
- Convenient – All buffers are 'ready to
use'
- No potential PCR inhibitors in wash buffers -
e.g. organic solvents, salts, polyethyleneglycol
- Compatibility with all known standard lysis
buffers - Lysis conditions can be tailored to customers
requirements
- High flexibility - applicable to different
sample materials, whole blood or buffy coat, buccal swabs or
cigarette butts, plasmids or plants.
