Single read sequencing
Standard
A single read sequencing service includes gel
quality check, one repeat of failed sequences and extensive
support. The given read length refers to high quality data (PHRED
20). Orders are processed overnight, if samples are delivered
before noon.
- Single read < 500 nt
- Single read > 500 nt – 750 nt
- Single read > 750 nt – 1000 nt
- Single read > 950 nt – 1600 nt
(Single step primer walking).
Economy
The DNA sequencing is carried out on the basis
of your given specification. Please indicate the correct DNA
concentration of the sample(s) in µg / µl or ng / µl. Orders are
processed overnight, if samples are delivered before noon. Quality
clipped data up to 1000 nt (PHRED 20) will be submitted.
- Economy single read (repeat of sequencing run upon
request)
- Loading of sequencing reaction (sequencing run).
