The LGC quality system embraces all aspects of our work. The company is committed to continual improvement in quality and efficiency through procedures based on quality assurance. The company's commitment to quality has been recognised for many years by customers in both the public and private sectors. Evidence of LGC's reputation for quality is provided through our selection as the laboratory of choice for operating the DTI Valid Analytical Measurement Programme.

LGC has a comprehensive system of quality accreditation. The Teddington and North West laboratories are accredited ISO 17025. The Teddington laboratory is also certified to ISO 9001 and compliant to GLP for pesticides.

LGC also organises and operates a programme of quality and method validation training courses in the UK and in Europe as well as managing a range of Proficiency Testing schemes, for which we are accredited to ISO Guide 43 (ILAC G13:2000).
