Ian Lumley, Head
of Food Sciences
Ian has responsibility for the management of
LGC's food sciences business. He has over 25 years’ experience of
the management of short and long-term R&D and surveillance
contracts for a wide range of customers including Defra, the Food
Standards Agency, DIUS, the European Commission and the private
sector.
