Kent as LGC’s chairman
After over five years as LGC´s chairman, Ian Kent is standing
down from the Board this month. Stuart Wallis, formerly chief
executive of Fisons plc and currently chairman of Protherics plc
and other companies, has been appointed as the new chairman of LGC
Group Holdings plc.
